Custom LGS (Light Gauge Steel) Kit Homes
For a granny flat that needs to work around specific block dimensions, council conditions, or design preferences, our custom LGS service delivers a fully engineered steel frame and panel structure built to your approved floor plan. Already Have a Builder? You May Still Need a Sewer Pegout
If your proposed granny flat is located near Sydney Water infrastructure, your builder will likely require a sewer pegout — and possibly plan stamping — before they can break ground. These are Sydney Water compliance requirements that apply to most Sydney backyard developments, and are entirely separate from your cabin order.
